Recessed Can Lights & Downlights
Recessed downlights are the foundation of modern residential lighting. We install LED recessed fixtures in 2″, 3″, 4″, and 6″ apertures with fixed, adjustable (gimbal), and wall-wash trims. Options include standard white, warm dim (dim-to-warm from 3000K down to 1800K for a candle-like glow at low levels), and tunable white (adjustable from cool daylight to warm candlelight). IC-rated housings allow installation directly against attic insulation. New construction and remodel/retrofit housings available.
Puck Lights & Micro Downlights
Miniature puck lights and 1″ micro downlights deliver focused accent and task lighting in spaces where standard recessed cans won’t fit — under cabinets, inside shelving, in soffits, along toe-kicks, and in shallow ceiling cavities. Embr’s 1″ recessed fixtures produce up to 1,000 lumens from a tiny aperture and daisy-chain for simple wiring. IC-rated for insulated ceilings.
Track Lighting
Track lighting provides flexible, repositionable accent and task lighting for kitchens, living rooms, hallways, and art walls. We install Liteline’s KLICK architectural modular track (snap-in/snap-out LED modules, recessed trimless or surface mount, 24V low-voltage), A-Line and A-Beam commercial-grade track systems, and ATTRACKT low-voltage magnetic track with field-cuttable rail and dual-circuit capability. Fixtures rotate 358° and tilt 90° for precise aiming. Beam angles from 6° (tight spot) to 60° (flood).
Stair Lighting
Stair lighting improves safety and adds dramatic architectural accent to your home. We install recessed step lights in stair risers or walls, LED tape lighting under stair nosings and along toe-kicks, handrail-integrated lighting, and cove lighting along stairwell walls. All stair lighting is dimmable and can be programmed to activate on motion, by schedule, or as part of whole-home scenes.
Mill Lights & Decorative Architectural
Mill lights and decorative architectural fixtures add character and focal interest to kitchens, dining rooms, bathrooms, and entryways. We install pendant tracks, linear suspensions, wall sconces, and vanity bars from premium manufacturers. All decorative fixtures are integrated into your smart dimming system for full scene control.
LED Tape & Cove Lighting
LED tape lighting transforms coves, tray ceilings, floating shelves, under-cabinet runs, and architectural reveals into luminous design features. We install professional-grade LED tape with aluminum extrusion channels for clean, even light distribution — available in static white, tunable white, dim-to-warm, and full RGB/RGBW color options. All tape is powered by dedicated drivers and controlled through your Lutron dimming system.

Lutron is the global standard for smart lighting control. We install and program three Lutron platforms: Caséta (wireless smart dimmers and switches for up to 75 devices — ideal for single-room or starter smart home upgrades), RadioRA 3 (professional-grade whole-home wireless control for up to 200 devices with keypads, occupancy sensors, and Pico remotes), and HomeWorks QSX (luxury whole-home control with precision phase-adaptive dimming, tunable white support, motorized shade integration, and integration with Savant, Sonos, Alarm.com, and other platforms). How It Works
Our Lighting Installation Process
1. Consultation & Lighting Design
We walk your home room by room, discuss how you use each space, and design a layered lighting plan — specifying fixture types, positions, color temperatures, and control zones. You receive a detailed proposal with fixtures, dimmers, and installation scope.
2. Wiring & Rough-In
We run all new wiring, cut ceiling openings, install housings, and pre-wire for dimmers and keypads. For new construction, we work during the rough-in phase. For existing homes, we use attic access and remodel housings for minimal disruption.
3. Fixture Installation
We install every recessed light, track head, puck light, step light, and decorative fixture. All fixtures are aimed, trimmed, and checked for color consistency across the room.
4. Control Programming
We install Lutron dimmers, keypads, and sensors, then program scenes for every activity: cooking, entertaining, movie night, bedtime, pathway lighting, and more. Smartphone app, voice control, and scheduling are configured.
5. Walkthrough & Support
We walk you through every scene, remote, and app feature. Ongoing support for adding fixtures, adjusting scenes, and expanding zones is always available.
