Who We Partner With

Built for the Way Multi-Family Projects Actually Run.

Each partner needs something different from a technology integrator. We structure the engagement around your role in the project.

Finished multi-family lobby with integrated low-voltage systems

Builders & General Contractors

A licensed low-voltage sub that shows up on schedule. We take the pre-wire, structured cabling, rough-in and trim-out scope, coordinate with your electrical and framing trades, and deliver labeled, certified infrastructure before drywall.

Developers & Owners

A smart-building package that differentiates the asset. We design the per-unit and common-area technology once, price it per door, and build it identically across the project — with managed WiFi and smart-living fees that add recurring revenue.

Property Managers & HOAs

One number for every system on the property. Access control, cameras, gates, amenity AV, network and in-unit devices — maintained, monitored and supported by the team that installed them, with turnover handled as a checklist instead of a service call.

Design & Pre-Construction

We Get Involved Before the Drywall Goes Up.

The cheapest time to run a cable is before the walls close. We review plans with your architect and electrical engineer, produce low-voltage drawings and device schedules, and specify the backbone — fiber risers, IDF/MDF rooms, conduit paths and pathway sizing — so the building is ready for today’s systems and whatever comes next.

Deliverables include low-voltage plan sets, per-unit device packages, a common-area systems schedule and a per-door cost model you can take to lenders and investors.

Full Low-Voltage Scope

One Sub for Everything Low-Voltage.

Structured cabling and fiber. Property-wide managed WiFi. Access control for entries, garages, gates and amenity rooms. Surveillance cameras with remote viewing. Intrusion and fire/CO alarm with 24/7 monitoring. Common-area audio, video walls and digital signage. In-unit lighting, shade, climate, lock and audio control.

Consolidating these under one licensed integrator removes the finger-pointing between vendors, shortens the schedule, and gives management a single system to run instead of six.

Revenue & Operations

Technology That Pays for Itself.

Managed, property-wide WiFi and standardized smart-unit packages can be billed as resident technology amenities — typically covering the infrastructure cost within the first lease cycles and producing recurring revenue after that.

On the operations side, keyless entry and mobile credentials eliminate rekeying at turnover, vacant-unit climate setbacks cut utility costs, and remote device health monitoring means fewer truck rolls and faster make-readies.

We’ll model the numbers for your specific unit count and rent profile as part of the proposal.

How a Partnership Starts

Three Steps to a Scoped Proposal.

1. Share the Project

Send plans or a property address, unit count, phase and target dates. For existing communities, we’ll schedule a site walk.

2. Scope & Price

We return low-voltage drawings, a device schedule and a per-door proposal covering infrastructure, common areas and unit packages.

3. Build & Support

We install on your schedule, hand off a working system with training, and stay on as the property’s technology partner.
