They did a thorough assessment, understood our needs and provided us with very high quality (PRO) equipment that far exceeds what is otherwise available through Ring, etc. The day of install was amazing to watch as Adam and 3 other skilled and hardworking experts arrived and completed everything. We had Planet Geek install and set up our wireless camera system. Grady was knowledgeable, professional, and had everything installed, set up, and working within a few hours. I was particularly impressed with the attention to detail in camera placement and the little things like cable clips for exposed wires and an overall neat and “clean” install. There were no hanging wires, cameras were installed level, and the system worked from the second it was up and running. The price was worth the professional installation and piece of mind knowing the cameras and system were set up properly and fully functional versus having to troubleshoot any issues on our own. Highly recommended.
